SHIPPING

DAMAGE CLAIMS:
Most merchandise is shipped UPS ground. Should your package arrive damaged, please call your local UPS office to have a damage claim filed. Once you have filed a damage claim, we will be contacted by UPS and your shipment will be replaced.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
Sometimes special orders may take up to 6-10 weeks to be filled, depending on the item ordered. We encourage you to call in after you place a special order to check on the status. Please provide a telephone contact number to use for any questions which may arise while we design and produce your part. We strive to produce special orders as quickly as possible; however, at some times during the year we are not able to hold a 4-6 week delivery due to volume in of orders in house.

RETURNS:
All returned items must be accompanied by an original invoice and RGA form. If the purchase was made from one of our dealers, please return the merchandise to the dealer you purchased from. Please provide original packaging when returning an item. Refunds are made directly to you VISA or Master card account.

BACK ORDERS:
Occasionally we are out of stock on an item. Should this occur, we will fill the back order as soon as possible. You will not be charged for a back ordered item until it is shipped.

WARRANTY:
Williams Street Rod Parts Inc. stands behind the quality of our parts and warrants our parts to be free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been misused, altered or modified in any way or has been repaired by anyone other than Williams Street Rod Parts Inc. We reserve the right to determine whether the warranty has been properly complied with and shall be under no obligation for replacement if it has not.
